Competing with 27 top teams from IITs, IISc, and other leading institutions, our innovators stood out for their disruptive, scalable solutions.

🏅 Nexus Power – Nishita Baliarsingh & Nikita Baliarsingh
Nexus Power, pioneering biodegradable, lithium-free batteries made from agricultural waste, specifically crop residue, to power electric vehicles (EVs) and other applications.
🏅 Qualivon – K Pavan Kumar, Sandeep Battula, and Santosh Panda
Qualivon Technologies, creating nanophotonic-based highly sensitive, cost-effective, and reliable sensors that can detect gases at concentrations as low as hundreds of parts per billion (PPB) are now set to scale even greater heights with Boeing’s support.
💥 With 3 winners last year and 2 this year, KIIT-TBI continues to deliver consistent excellence in India’s deep tech and startup ecosystem.
These winners will be further supported by us & Boeing over the next few months to help develop their ideas into market-ready and viable business solutions. Each of these winning teams will receive INR 10 lakh as a financial grant that will sponsor their ideas in the aerospace and defense, technology, social impact, and sustainability sectors.
